cup sliced scallions |

cup peeled, seeded, diced cucumbers |
| 1/4 |
cup green pepper or roasted red pepper chunks |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon Tabasco sauce |

Cucumber or scallion for garnish |
Preparation Steps
- Put all ingredients into blender jar; place lid on jar securely. Puree until smooth.
- Pour gazpacho over ice in a glass and serve or refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with a whole scallion or cucumber slice if desired.
